Discovery Call

Service Description

Discovery calls allows you to find out of Being Well services are right for you. If you have questions about coaching, discovery calls allow you to discuss your health and wellness goals, barriers and what we can expect from each other during coaching. As time allows, we may discuss a specific goal in order to narrow down your focus or discover the root of the goal more clearly. If you have questions about Reiki, discovery calls allow you to ask questions about a Reiki session or what you might experience. And coming soon, if you have questions about Integrated Energy Therapy (IET), discovery calls allow you to ask questions about IET, what you might experience, and follow up. Discovery Calls last 15-30 minutes depending on questions and goals.
